Joseph Cigar Bar
Fabricated and installed structural steel for a new second-floor addition, structural framing for a large window opening, and an exterior steel handrail.
2510 Dryden Residence
A luxury residential project taking in a custom steel entry handrail, a modern steel privacy fence and an integrated landscape retaining system that supports raised planting beds while keeping a clean contemporary line.
Maven Coffee / Slowpokes
Structural supports for new window openings, structural modifications, custom fencing and gates, canopies and a temporary construction handrail — structural steel work and custom architectural metal fabrication delivered on the same commercial project.
Mott Lane
We have been awarded the structural steel package and are currently in the engineering and shop drawing phase. Once approved, we will fabricate the steel in-house and coordinate installation with the project schedule.
W 16th Street
We have been awarded the structural steel package for this custom residence. The project includes wide flange beams, HSS columns, connection plates and miscellaneous structural steel. We are currently awaiting final shop drawing approval before fabrication begins.
Recess
Fabricated and installed structural steel including rooftop structural framing, support steel, guardrails and miscellaneous fabricated components. The project required close coordination with the engineer and general contractor to keep fabrication accurate and installation efficient.
